The One Foundational Relational Flaw
If you've ever remodeled a house, there is one key component to the success of the project. The house must be built on the right foundation and have "good bones." In other words, when the house was constructed, it had to have been built right to begin with. The same holds true for our relationships and yet almost every one of them suffers from a foundational relational flaw. My guess is that most of yours do too, and that's why what was meant for good and for joy can cause so much hurt and pain.
