Dignity

Our nation was birthed with these words: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights." There was a time in history when these truths weren't at all evident. One might argue that today, when it comes to our political discourse, they aren't so evident anymore, either. Jesus changed the world's ways once when it came to human dignity. Perhaps it's time for His people to do it again.
