Wanting To Be Great

Isn't that what we all want? It's as much a cultural obsession as it is a personal passion. Everyone wants to be known, to be famous, to be an "influencer." Everyone's managing their brand. I want to be great, too, but as I get older I can't help but wonder what that even means any more. Is it about the fame, the power, the money, the legacy? Jesus the King comes with good news about a coming kingdom where greatness is easily defined but not easily gained. It's not too late to be great. Learning what it means to be great in the Kingdom of Jesus, this Sunday at MHCC.
