What Is the Truth?

As Jesus stood condemned before Pontius Pilate, He made a pretty interesting claim: "...the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” And then Pilate hit him with what has become a pretty interesting question: "What is the truth?" Funny thing is, it was a rhetorical question; he didn't want to know the truth; he was actually mocking the concept. We are a lot more like Pilate that we might think. Is there really absolute, objective truth in our relativity-obsessed world? Can't I just have "my truth" and you have "your truth"? And why does it even matter? Answering Pilate's question so that we might see eye-to-eye, this Sunday at Mendham Hills.
